Microsoft Silverlight is the browser plug-in to enhance the internet attributes. After the success of Silverlight 2, the beta version of Silverlight 3 is made available in the market by Microsoft. This latest version consists of number of features especially focusing on the multimedia contents. Data Grid, Data Form, Data Pager are the options that are packed in single toolkit named as Silverlight toolkit. It also provides communication with many machines at the same time using a unique LocalConnection technique making it rather unique and the better option than their previous versions.

Out-of-experience feature introduced in Silverlight 3 allows the offline access of the application to the users which is otherwise not found in their previous versions and is indeed a new feature in this latest version. This plug-in mainly concentrate on the visual elements. For this it uses another special technique called as element-to-element binding to bound element from one state to another. Hence memory required for the original picture size will be taken when viewed for the first time and depending on the zooming it downloads the memory required to provide ideal image. With the Microsoft Silverlight being introduced surely get good internet attributes without needing any other additional tools or software to tackle them.
